New Fraud Prevention Features at SafeCharge

As risk management and fraud prevention is our top priority, SafeCharge has rewse leased its upgraded fraud prevention platform with improved fraud scrubbing. The new platform becomes the ultimate tool for a risk analyst to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our merchant’s fraud screening. New features including:

Multiple reason codes per each final fraud decision – we now show multiple rules that retrieved a block decision.

“Review” decision as a real-time response for merchants. We now provide more information for decision making when the transaction fraud decision has been flagged for a manual review but not yet blocked. This can be integrated with the merchant’s back-office and set to trigger operational action items when required such as suspend deposits or withdrawals, etc. The merchant does not need to login into the MRSI in order to be aware of new reviews.

Greater flexibility in rules customization – more than 550 parameters which can be combined for creating practically unlimited number of fraud rules in various time periods

Increased capabilities for blacklist management – email domain , affiliate, bin, billing phone, shipping address and more

Ability to import merchants’ negative database from other processors even if those users do not process transactions through SafeCharge
