Liqpay – is a payment system that allows easily send money from Visa or MasterCard cards to virtual account in Liqpay system linked to a mobile phone (cell phone) number. Later on you may send money to other phone numbers, withdraw money from Liqpay system to your card or leave money at your account and use it later.
For now Liqpay works with Euro, US dollar, Russian rouble and Ukrainian hryvna. It is planned in terms of the system development to work with all basic world currencies.
Liqpay works with all mobile operators of the world. Mobile phone number is used as a login into system. Liqpay doesn\\\\\\\'t require any registration before one can start using the system. All You need to know to transfer money is recipient\\\\\\\'s cell phone number.
Liqpay.com is designed for both business and individual users. Individuals can use Liqpay to transfer money to each other. Business can use Liqpay.com to accomplish mass payments, and receive money from customers for goods and services. Liqpay also solves
Liqpay doesn't charge for incoming money transactions and operations within the system. Transaction from phone to card costs 1,95$ + 1%.
Liqpay.com can be accessed online and via mobile sms commands.
For business there is API which is called Liqpay checkout and allows receiving payments from credit cards in return for goods and services.You need to enter the website and register in for merchants section.

This is the worst service from all. I approved my address via letter, where there is written I am becoming verified customer. After depositing some money, guess what?? My fucking money are blocked of course. IS THIS JOKE? I visited my bank 4 times. They had no fucking idea about some stupid security requests and they told, even if they had they can fuck this request up! So I asked support for help, that I can provide image of my ID, of MY card, I can give fucking OFFICIAL BANK CERTIFICATION with bank signed in english language. OH MY FUCKING GOD THIS IS TOTALLY USELESS AND MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE IN THE WORLD.

Liqpay is great payment system. Much better than paypal. It's because liqpay protects merchants from fraudulent buyer in case when buyer tries to pay for some service, get service and than make charge-back

dont bullshit us , i had the same problem with liqpay ,they took my money and hold it ,bad service their operetors lie to you with some bullshit and my money was gone they took my money and didnt transfered it to my account , i use paypal for 5 years and paypal dont do this scam ,paypal is highly reliable than those liqpay scammers

I Lost my Money to scammers but not anymore Well, who would have believed this. When I saw a comment by one Allison babara, I thought it was one of the Scammers ways to convince someone. Looking at his comment, I saw an element of doubt since he was telling stories. Well I did it 50/50 which means I can’t lose my money to any scammer again. I contacted the email on the testimony of Allison? Babara securehackers01@gmail.com and I was replied immediately. I was shocked but I didn’t lose my stand. I asked them to give me proof to be sure they are not scammers like others that I have met before and they sent me a proof. Then I requested to get my card which they sent to me in Germany in just 3 days. Am happy now because I have? recovered my cash I lost to scammers. My first withdrawal? was $10,000 and I couldn’t believe my eyes until I confirmed? their word which says that I can withdraw up $63,000 in a month. secureblankatmSolution? are real because I got my? card in just 3 days when I requested for one. I being hearing about this blank ATM card for a while and i never really paid any interest to it because of my doubts. Until one day i discovered a hacking guy called RYAN HACKER WORLD , he is really good at what he is doing. Back to the point, I inquired about The Blank ATM Card. If it works or even Exist. They told me Yes and that its a card programmed for random money withdraws without being noticed and can also be used for free online purchases. This was shocking and i still had my doubts. Then i gave it a try and asked for the card and agreed to their terms and conditions. Hoping and praying it was not fake. One week later i received my card and tried with the closest ATM machine close to me, It worked like magic. I was able to withdraw up to 5,000 Euro. This was unbelievable. So far i order a ATM Card of $ 100,000 Euro without any stress of being caught. I don't know why i am posting this here, i just felt this might help those of us in need of financial stability. blank ATM has really change my life. Scam!!!! Lost $200!!! The Chat folks didn't seem to have a good grasp of English and I had to rephrase nearly every question. Not sure, I think Liqpay is out of Russia/Ukraine maybe. And it was very slow, each question was first answered with "minute", which was at least 5 minutes or more. Getting sick of the hassle and ending my fight. I can not claim my money back. LOL I've tried several times, once I thought it was really going to happen. But it all seems to come back to fact that even though they can take money from US, they can't send it back. I wanted to know where they credited my money and did not get anyplace. I'm so glad it isn't more, but hey $200 is two weeks of groceries at least! I wonder how long it will sit 'there', or where it will go? "what is your question? I do not understand...minute". Stear clear, if that's the only way a merchant will do business, find another merchant. Don't repeat my mistake.

When i open liqpay website "https://www.liqpay.com/" it shows this error : "501 Method Not Implemented" ?? Anyone having this problem ?

As with some other Ukrainian payment processors Liqpay discriminate specific cards on the country of issuance. I have been using Liqpay for about 1 year now and I have been able to process of $200,000. I have link 2 of my cards to my account.Liqpay has been successful to me and I dont why ppl say bad things abt them

Liqpay is a big scammer, big stealer, they locked me 3 accounts.I lost $700 usd, have sent hundreds mails with no replies. I dont recomend anymore never ever use this fraudelent system.

I have been trying to make a payment on Liqpay for 3 months - no success. They have reserved money on my account for card verification, but nothing ever happens. I would say that this is the most useless online payment site that I have encountered.

Horrible service they are stooling my payment and blocking my hole credit card for 2 weeks now. Support is confirming the cancellation on the payment but the payment still shows. If yu got any choice and you need the money to get there, DON'T do Business with them!

LiqPay has a long long list of complaints. They constantly make promises through chat support that never happen. Refunds that are promised never happen. They are prominently featured on internet shopping site that cheat consumers and never send merchandise but LiQPay doesn't have the slightest interest in remedying that. Wonder why? Their own forum is full of complaints and they hide behind vague promises or ask for your private details in an open forum! Very suspect.

LiqPay do not have any addressin they website. No telephone number, any any another way, how you can contact them, if you have to. Usually any banking business must have loval address, and telephone number, if you must contact them. Only you can contact them via web. This is very serious matter for anyones safety in money transwer business. DO not trust that kind of business.

Bad verification system. customers must enter the amount of dollars (in between 0.01 and 3.00) that has been deducted from their card. This gives a problem in dollar-less countries , since their bank will quote that amount in their local currency. making it impossible to continue the verification.

Users should be aware. liqpay is easy to use, fast and pretty secure. Though there is possibility of scam if your mobile operator could provide sim-cards duplicates without proper authorization.
