Very disappointed with AlertPay. I've been with them for over a year and complied with all of their terms of service. Recently I go to my site and find my AlertPay logos have SUSPENDED written across them. This was the first time I knew about it. I write to them and ask what's going on, 'what have I done' etc and they write back and say that due to an audit, they have decided to sever contact. What's more they have put my account on hold for 180 days - nice move. I wrote back asking 'can I see this audit please' as I think I have the right, that was over a week ago (they take that to reply to anything anyway) but I've re-sent it on the same ticket. I don't see how an Internet business can be successful with this kind of attitude, very very wrong! If you're thinking of joining AlertPay, please be aware that they will stop your account for the least little thing, freeze your assets and not even tell you! Good ennit?
