My ISP changed their email address extension, so I submitted a change of e-mail address request to LR. It has now been one week and it is still not changed. As a result, I am unable to login and access my account because every time I try, they send a Verification Pin to the old e-mail address which is no longer accessible through no fault of my own.

They are essentially holding my money hostage. No other financial institution would be allowed to do this without legal repercussions, but their supposed "chat support" is really just one person with a different name every time who is enjoying torturing me by listening to me rant every day and not do anything about this situation.

What can I do? Please provide some suggestions as I am at wit's end. Thank you!

I would suggest you to talk with your ISP about possibility getting back your e-mail extension temporarily. So you could log in and rescue your funds.

Good luck!
